Sexyy Red Reveals She Spent $30,000 to Get Two Boob Jobs in Two Days

Sexyy Red is starting off 2025 with a bang—literally! The St. Louis rapper, known for her bold and unapologetic style, has revealed she spent $30,000 on two breast enhancements in just two days. After initially opting for smaller implants, the “Pound Town” rapper quickly realized they weren’t the right fit and decided to go bigger.

In an Instagram Live with GloRilla, Sexyy Red admitted she wasn’t happy with the results of her first surgery. “I be feeling like a boy,” she joked, recalling the moment she looked at herself in the mirror and felt disappointed. “Remember when I said I was going to get them smaller? When I went home and looked in the mirror, I looked like 50 Cent, b***h! You know when 50 had the vest on?” The rapper laughed about the outcome but also shared her frustration, even admitting she cried at the results.

“They was just huge! I waited until January 6 to get them redone. They were too tiny. I did not like them! I was like, ‘Uh-uh put the big ones back! F**k that! I went back the next day! I went two days in a row,” she explained. Sexyy Red returned to the surgeon and got the D-cup size she had originally wanted, completing her transformation.
The rapper proudly showed off her fresh look on Instagram, still bandaged from the procedure, while rapping her favorite tracks. In one post, she confidently clapped back at her critics: “Y’all some haters. $30k on boobs. Top-notch s**t.” This marks her third breast surgery, but TMZ reports the procedure wasn’t just about aesthetics. Sexyy Red also underwent surgery to redistribute the weight of her breasts, easing her back pain and improving the way her clothes fit.
