Bre Tiesi Says She’s in a Committed Relationship with Nick Cannon but Admits ‘He Has Other Partners

Nick Cannon appears to have found a relationship dynamic that works for him and Bre Tiesi, the mother of his eighth child. The Selling Sunset star recently confirmed that she and Cannon are in a committed relationship but acknowledged that the entertainer maintains relationships with other partners.

In an interview on the Wednesdays podcast with Sophie Habboo, Tiesi clarified the nature of her bond with Cannon, explaining, “We don’t co-parent; we are very much together.” She acknowledged the confusion surrounding their relationship, noting, “Me and my partner have been on and off for years.” Despite Cannon’s other romantic connections, Tiesi revealed that she embraces their unconventional setup. “I don’t want a conventional relationship,” she stated, adding that she doesn’t consider herself a “jealous person.”

Tiesi shared her perspective on Cannon as a father, describing him as a “great dad” who always finds time for their son, Legendary, despite his busy schedule. The pair welcomed Legendary in June 2022, five months after announcing the pregnancy. Legendary became Cannon’s eighth child, joining an ever-expanding family.

Cannon, who became a father for the first time in 2011 with the birth of twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey, has since fathered 10 more children with six different women. His children include Golden, Rise, and Powerful with Brittany Bell; Zion, Zillion, and Beautiful with Abby De La Rosa; Onyx with Lanisha Cole; and Halo with Alyssa Scott. Tragically, Cannon and Scott’s son Zen passed away at five months old in 2021 due to brain cancer.

For Tiesi, Cannon’s parenting skills and their shared understanding are more important than societal expectations. “I’m glad I chose Nick as the father of my child,” she expressed during the interview. As Cannon continues to balance fatherhood across multiple households, his unique approach to relationships appears to be working, at least for now.
