In a heated social media post, Tyrese made it clear that he wasn’t going to hand over any more of his hard-earned money. He bluntly told them, “I ain’t giving you sh*t. Like I fought to earn this life, I’m gonna fight to keep it.” The situation escalated quickly, with Tyrese making extreme claims about the lengths he would go to protect his wealth. “I’m gonna shoot, stab, and kill over mine,” he said. “I’m gonna protect this bottom line at all costs. I’ve earned it, and I’m gonna protect it.”

This outburst isn’t Tyrese’s first on the topic of his finances. Back in August, he appeared on The Breakfast Club, reflecting on his past financial mistakes. “I’ve lost so much of this sh*t,” he admitted, adding that he once spent half a million dollars on a single watch. Now, he says he wears fake jewelry to protect the money he has left. “I don’t lose no sleep over trying to win the popularity contest showing up with all this jewelry that I’ma leave on the nightstand,” he explained.

Despite his adamant stance about protecting his wealth, Tyrese has also made it clear that he is committed to his children.
