Halle Bailey recently shared that she’s experiencing “severe postpartum” in a tweet following her disappointment over her ex, DDG, featuring their son Halo in a livestream with Kai Cenat. This situation led Halle, known for her roles in The Little Mermaid and The Color Purple, to delete her social media accounts on both X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram as of November 7.\

The issue arose when DDG, whose real name is Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., appeared with their 11-month-old son Halo on a Twitch livestream with Kai Cenat on November 6. Halle expressed frustration, tweeting, “Just so you know, I am out of town, and I don’t approve of my baby being on a stream tonight. I wasn’t told or notified and am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people.” She continued, “I am his mother and protector and saddened that I wasn’t notified especially when I am out of town.”

In a follow-up tweet, Halle also opened up about her postpartum experience, writing, “As a woman experiencing severe postpartum, there are boundaries that I wish to be respected. Nobody knows what someone is going through until they snap.” E! News has reached out to DDG for comment but has not yet received a response.

During the livestream, Kai Cenat commented on Halo’s calm demeanor, and DDG joked, “Bro, he was born in Beverly Hills.” This marks the first time their son has appeared on a livestream, though both parents have previously posted photos of Halo on social media.
Halle and DDG, who went public with their relationship in 2022, kept her pregnancy private and welcomed Halo in December 2023. They ended their relationship in October, with DDG stating, “After much reflection and heartfelt conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways…we believe it’s the best path forward.” He added that they remain “best friends and adore each other.”
