Rapper Polo G spent his weekend in jail following a traffic stop gone wrong. The “Finer Things” rapper was booked for felony possession of a concealed weapon.

According to TMZ, Polo G was pulled over on the afternoon of Saturday, Oct. 19 in San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles County, California) for speeding. The stop turned into jail time when LAPD officials discovered a loaded pistol in the vehicle upon searching the car, which led to an immediate arrest.

This incident comes just days before his upcoming POLO G: THE HOOD POET TOUR 2024—with special guests Skilla Baby and VONOFF1700—set to start Oct. 24 (in Denver, Colorado). His 4th studio album was released this past August.

Back in April, Polo G caught a similar weapons charge in New York City after leaving a firearm behind in a hotel room, and faced run-ins with the law after a raid on is Burbank home just last year.
