Tiffany Haddish Lands Lead Role In Netflix Animated Comedy Series

Tiffany Haddish continues to be a rising star. The comedian just landed to be the lead in a Netflix animated comedy series “Tuca and Bertie.” Hollywood Reporter states that Haddish will play a cocky-care-free toucan named “Tuca” that is friends with “Bertie” a daydreaming singing bird.
“Bertie” hasn’t been casted yet, but hopefully will be soon. Creator of the series, Lisa Hanawait and executive producers Raphael Bob-Waksberg and Noel Bright are excited about presenting this show. “Tuca and Bertie” joins several other animated series on Netflix and they are hoping to develop more as time goes by.
Haddish is working on several other projects including “The Last O.J.” and “Night School.” She recently released her stand-up special on Showtime and released her first book, which was a New York Times’ best-seller. Congratulations to Tiffany Haddish!
