Charles Barkley rooted for Black women in Alabama after Doug Jones won the Senate seat. It was reported that Black women helped Jones get his seat and Barkley was very excited about that. According to The NY Daily News, Barkley pledged to donates $1 million to help Black women in Alabama with their IT start-ups.

Then he said, “That does not mean restaurants and hair salons, black women. That means start-ups.” While some laughed at the comment, Kenny Smith mentioned that he ruined the moment with that comment. Social media then went on to tell Barkley about himself. What do you think about his comments?
