Why Jennifer Hudson’s Son Won’t Be With Her For Thanksgiving

It was announced recently that Jennifer Hudson and her fiancé of 10 years David Otunga would be splitting. Reports also stated that Hudson filed a restraining order against him. According to TMZ, although Thanksgiving is right around the corner their son will have to go with one of his parents.

Otunga won a legal custody battle and David Jr. will be spending the holiday with his father. According to other reports Otunga alleges that Hudson is lying about being afraid of him. Otunga will have his son from Thanksgiving day all the way to 7pm the next day.
He also would like the judge to give him temporary custody of his son and claims that he is the primary caregiver. Otunga wants possession of the place where he pays the rent at. We will keep you updated about this story.
