The St.Patrick Family Is Going Through It.

Tasha is doing her best to be strong and keep the family together during these trying times. With morale definitely at an all-time low after Ghost was denied bail, Tasha has to tell her kids their father isn’t coming home unfortunately. Riq could honestly care less but he’s doing a great job of pretending he is concerned while poor Raina is taking the news the hardest.

Tasha is navigating a very fine line of keeping a positive image of their father in her children’s heads that he would never kill anyone (if only that was true) ever.Riq already thinks his dad is guilty thanks to his buddy Slim oops we mean Kanan telling him that his dad is guilty already.

Tasha is still hopeful though and knowing she has to be the strong one preps her kids on how to handle the situation as best they can. She also reassured them that nothing is going to happen to their dad while he is in prison and that they will all be fine in the end.

The family pays a vist to their dad in a very emotional scene where Ghost lets them know he’s sorry for putting them in this position.

Ugh this is so painful to watch seeing Ghost like this.

Tommy and LaKeisha’s Dynamic Heats Up!

We were a bit skeptical of these two and their situation after last weeks premiere. Our suspicions were confirmed instantly in tonight’s episode!

Their first encounter has Keisha storming in Tommy’s apartment. She is super nervous after learning about Ghost not being granted bail and on top of that witnessing the feds raid Tasha’s apartment. Keisha wants out and wants Tommy and Tasha’s name off her shop’s paperwork. Tommy was like:

Tommy tells Keisha that she is already in too deep and any moves like that would bring more heat on them including her. Kesiha seems to understand but tells Tommy she’s only worried because of her son and that if he had child he would understand. Little does she know he did but that’s history now, but the comment seemed to strike a nerve in him.

He embraces Keisha and promises to her that her shop will be fine and that he will take care of her.Keisha was left feeling like:

Which now leads us to their second encounter of the episode. Tommy heads to Keisha’s apartment to blow off some steam after he learns something about his distro Julio.

You can sense the sex in the air immediately, things get steamy between the two once Tommy inquires if Keisha son is home and she tells him no. Before things get hot and heavy between two and they have sex by the dinner rolls, Keisha inquires about Holly.

Tommy immediately shuts that down and tells Keisha that Holly is old news aka had Christmas cancelled on her ass. Ladies and gentlemen welcome to our first sex scene for the new season and it was bit mild for Power standards.

After the pound session the two engage in some pillow talk of course. Tommy gets things rolling by asking if Keisha if she ever played in the snow before? Keisha tells him no, Tommy aka the blizzard is quite happy that he was the first white man she has ever been with. Keisha also tells Tommy about Tasha’s revenge affair with Shawn to get back at Ghost.Being that this was the first time Tommy heard of the affair and the fact Ghost knew about it he was like:

We also learn that Keisha still holds a grudge against her “best friend” for “stealing” Shawn away from her and she also feels Tasha is doing the same with her salon.

Keisha feels that if Tasha finds out about her and Tommy she will try to take Tommy away from her too.

In the end they both conclude that Tasha cannot find out about their relationship. Before Tommy walks out the door, Keisha tells him that he is the best thing that has happened to her recently. Tommy looked at her and was like:

Is Tommy trying to fall in love again? From the looks of that reaction… ISSA NO!

Andre Steps Up!

Andre has tremendous pressure on him and it’s all his fault really. Playing both sides is proving to be extremely difficult with Kanan expecting large payouts from him AND not to mention still messing with Riq. In order to keep things running smoothly and keep the cash flowing Dre is pushing product in the club on and charging club goers for two bottles but they only receive one of them and box of matches full of product.

He receives a call from James who informs him that he won’t be coming home anytime soon and that he needs Andre to step up in his place. Dre reassured his boss that he has everything under control at the clubs and that he talks to Karen everyday so he smooth things over with the Bassetts and he saved the expansion deal. James was a bit taken back at that revelation and was like:

Meek Mill Shouts Out Drake During Concert

James ends the conversation but we know that will still linger in the back of his mind. Dre on the other hand has nice little hustle going on in Truth that will help him greatly when it comes to paying Kanan.

Ghost is trying his absolute best to follow his lawyers advice and be James St.Patrick but people won’t leave him alone. On top of the guards assaulting him, he now has to worry about other inmates trying his patience.

While trying to enjoy his meal, Ghost is rudely interrupted by a fellow inmate who invites himself to join him while he dines on a biscuit.

In a quick turn of events we also find out the he want’s more than Ghost’s dry prison biscuit, he wants a piece of Ghost himself and we are not talking fisticuffs.

For a split second James goes away and Ghost comes out and he quickly dispatches biscuit boy by breaking his forearm quite easily. Unfortunately for Ghost his impressive defensive techniques has caught the attention of a fellow inmate Tony Teresi (William Sadler).

Teresi is a mob boss who is currently locked down for life, his case been put on the back burner thanks to assistant U.S. Attorney John Mak (Sung Kang) now focusing on Ghost’s case. His wife is on the outside dying of cancer and he is desperate to save her life.

After witnessing the little fracas between Ghost and Biscuit Boy he decides to do some digging on Ghost and learns some very interesting information that may prove benefitial to him. Proctor Plays The Race Card

Proctor is hard at work defending his client James St.Patrick legally and in the public. Pulling out all the stops, Proctor takes to the media and makes it seem as if the prosecution is going after Ghost because he is a black man.

The brilliant move instantly gets team convict Ghost to react because who wants to be labeled a racist? To counter Proctor’s move they decide they should ask for a gag order.

Their move backfires on them as the judge denies the motion and tells them to get in the game.

We all need a Proctor on our side honestly. It’s a small victory for Proctor right now but the battle is still ongoing. The prosecution needs more evidence than just fingerprint and dna. That’s where Mike comes in, during a search of Truth, Mike conveniently plants the murder weapon in the bar in Ghost’s office.

Now here’s the thing, this all happened while Dre was on his way to shut off the camera system to hand over the tapes to the Feds. So it’s quite possible Mike may have been recorded in the act of framing Ghost.

We can only hope though! With the gun planted, Mike gets out of the office quickly before the feds search it. The gun is eventually found by Jerry Donovan. Boom they have the evidence they need to get their conviction!

Tommy Gets His Respect!

Tommy being the head of the organization is learning on the fly things are not going to go as smoothly as he thought. The primeras are not really feeling the situation with Ghost so they are not really giving the respect to Tommy and his and crew they deserve.

During a meeting between the two crews Julio lets one of the primeras get out-of-pocket punch one of the crew without even checking them.

Tommy whom has already been warned by Proctor to lay low to help Ghost’s case and keep the heat off him finds out about the incident. Tommy is deeply disturbed to hear that Julio didn’t protect his or the organizations honor and decides to go correct the situation himself.

The goon’s smoke session is interrupted by a clearly upset Tommy who rolls up on him gun drawn. Tommy removes homeboy from his car and tells him to immediately start running. Tommy hops behind the wheel of his car and proceeds to chase him down the street with his own car.

Even though it’s not meant to be, this scene was hilarious as hell. Tommy eventually runs the guy over with his own car not once but twice for good measure.

Tommy makes it clear that he better not disrespect his organization ever again. Of course in extreme pain because there is a car crushing his leg he agrees and begs Tommy to get the car off of him. After he asks nicely, Tommy obliges revealing his leg has been fractured horribly.

The Rock Shares Video Of Broken Finger On Instagram

Bet you won’t ever disrespect Tommy and his crew ever again.

Tariq Continues To Down A Dark Path With Kanan!

Tariq needs his ass whooped seriously! We understand being a teenager and going through some growing pains but this kid is the worst. Riq and his mom have a one on one conversation, Tasha is trying to connect with her son but he’s not listening at all.

Tasha brings up his dad’s younger years explaining that he used to run around with a rough crew. She mentions one name in particular and that’s Kanan and if he ever heard of him? Before Riq can give her an answer their moment is interrupted by a photographer taking photos of the two in the car while they are talking. Tasha is not having it lashes out at the photographer and breaks his camera.

Riq gets out of the car after he sees his mother’s behavior and walks into the school not impressed with what his mom just did.

While walking the halls Riq and Raina are approached three white punks. They ask Riq if the gun he brought to school was the one his father used to kill Knox? New and improved Riq gives them an unexpected answer and tells them maybe. They didn’t see that coming and walk away but Raina is completely over her bad ass brother. She tells him that she doesn’t even know him anymore and walks away leaving him in the hallway.

Fed up Riq whips out the phone Kanan gave him and calls him to vent and talk about his frustration with his parents.

He tells Kanan that his father was denied bail and asks him does that mean his father is guilty? Kanan tells the young impressionable kid that his dad “did that shit” and that “he’s guilty as fuck” and Riq believes him.

Kanan tells him to go see his dad even though Riq doesn’t want too. He tells him to keep up the good son act so no one suspects anything cause he plans for young Riq.

The two meet up at the apartment that Kanan still doesn’t have a key for. Kanan immediately asks what’s going on with his dad. Riq tells him he doesn’t want to talk about but instead asks Slim if he ever heard of someone named Kanan? Kanan tells Riq that he doesn’t need to worry about Kanan and that he is dead, the fact that Riq brought up that name doesn’t sit well with Kanan at all.

Since Riq didn’t tell Kanan it was his mom who asked him about Kanan, he automatically assumes it was Dre who brought up his real name.

Kanan puts the screws to Dre asking him if he told Riq about him? Dre denies he told Riq about him and asks Kanan why is still hanging with Tariq since he’s paying him? Kanan tells him to keep his mouth shut and keep the payments coming and that he is now paying Kanan to stay alive. Dre looked at Kanan like:

Things Go From Bad To Worst For Ghost!

Things can’t get worst for Ghost right? WRONG! The prosecution now has the murder weapon in their position after Mike Sandoval planted it in his bar during a search at Truth. We sincerely hope that Dre didn’t turn off those cameras before Mike planted that gun. The prosecution also  got their murder one conviction on him and on top of that the D.O.J approved the death penalty. Also they are trying to nail Tommy also and prove that he is Ghost and they hope James will flip on him in the process.

Upon hearing the news Angela’s heart more than likely jumped into her throat, she didn’t think things would get to this point when she arrested Ghost. Proctor immediately breaks the bad news to Tasha and predictably she doesn’t take the news well.

She immediately goes to pay Angela a visit who looks like she is not happy about the fact that Ghost will possibly die. Angela also has some doubts about the murder weapon found at Truth because she knows Ghost isn’t that careless and so does Tasha. The two exchange some words with Tasha trying to understand why Angela is letting all of this happen?

Angela reveals to Tasha that Greg was her boyfriend before she started dealing with Ghost. The conversation between the two ends with Angela wishing she never went to Truth that night to see James and Tasha agreeing with her.

The final person to learn about Ghost’s possible fate is Tommy. Ghost gives his brother a call to inform him about the bad news that he may possibly get the needle. Tommy is visibly saddened by the news and assures his friend that he won’t go out like that.

Ghost asks Tommy to help him and of course Tommy agrees, he asks if Tommy can take care of his family for him? Tommy accepts that job and tells Ghost to keep his head up through all of this. The phone call ends and we are left with a haunting visual of a defeated Ghost behind steel bars.

All we gotta say is #FreeGhost! Proctor you better work your magic and get our guy out of there!
