ANGELA TEXTS THE MOLE/GREG SPOTS MIKE LEAVING HUGO’S APARTMENT

Angela finally decides to the put the burner phone given to her by Ghost to use and contact the now deceased Hugo’s informant. She makes a startling discovery when she finds out the mole is still inside the building with her.

Mike’s location is given away when a passing helicopter in their vicinity gives away their location, Mike now knows the heat is truly on him now and he must think fast before he is caught. Angela though might have gotten the break in the case she’s been desperately seeking to keep herself and her ex Ghost out of orange jumpsuits.

To make matters even worse for Mike, he goes to Hugo’s apartment looking for any evidence leading back to him as being the mole. He finds a picture of himself and his daughter in the apartment and quickly leaves. As he is running out of the building he is spotted by Greg of all people.

GREG MAKES A DISCOVERY

I just want to express how much I cannot stand Greg’s persistent ass! Okay now that is out-of-the-way, like Angela said in the previous episode Greg and Medina stop by Kate’s house to check Tommy’s alibi. Kate quickly presents receipts (literally) and hands it over to Medina. Medina calls over Greg to check it out and that dates corroborate Tommy’s whereabouts. Greg was not trying to believe it and Medina was clearly over it of course.

Medina clearly heard enough and decides it’s time for him and Greg to leave. Greg definitely can’t take no for an answer decides to check Kate’s trash one time before he leaves. Seriously so you just gonna look in her trash Greg?

Well his sneak move pays off and he finds Angela’s business card conveniently still in trash just waiting to be found by him. Greg’s suspicions are back on 10 again!

KANTOS IS BACK/ GHOST HAS ANDY & ALBY BUSTED

Kantos is a character that no one really cared for to return. Kantos has two new bosses in Andy and Alby. He stops by his old place of employment Truth to extend an invite to Ghost to attend his new bosses party.

The occasion of course is to celebrate Andy and Alby landing the deal with Karen and they honestly want Ghost there to rub it in his face. BUT that wasn’t the only reason Kantos was there of course. He also wanted to reacquire the Stern’s guest list that he gave to Ghost. Of course Ghost was like why should he even fathom giving the list to Kantos? Kantos came with a trump card of course and threaten to spill the beans on Ghost if he didn’t hand over the list. Ghost doesn’t want that and agrees to give over the list and Kantos leaves feeling accomplished.

Listen we all know after watching this show for three seasons, you don’t threaten Ghost or try to one-up him cause he always has something his sleeve. Ghost is a man with a plan always and already has his boy Julio in Andy and Alby’s club setting up shop distributing product right under their noses.

With the drugs flowing in their club everything is perfectly in place for his plan to go off without a hitch.

Ghost makes a surprise visit while Andy and Alby are discussing the party with Karen looking to drop off the guest list for Kantos. Things get interesting quick as Ghost’s inside guy with vice comes storming in looking for the drugs that Ghost had Julio stashed. Ohhhhh that boy Ghost is so good, the cops take Andy and Alby away giving Ghost another opportunity to land the deal with Karen and her father and getting him back on track to get out of the game.

GREG DISCOVERS THE BURNER PHONE

Sherlock Greg is always on the case especially when it comes to putting James St.Patrick in prison which is his now his life’s mission. After presumably him and Angela finish having sex (glad they didn’t film it) Greg decides to snoop through Angela’s purse. He must have had a “hunch” and discovers the burner phone Ghost gave Angela. Damn Angela has a problem with putting things away for safe keeping

Greg manages to capture a snapshot of the phones serial number and sim card before Angela sees him. Greg suspicion levels are now officially on 100!

MILAN WARNS TOMMY ABOUT GHOST

Milan is proving to be a much more dastardly villain even though we know Kanan is as ruthless as they come. During a brief meeting the teacher (Milan) tells his apprentice (Tommy) that Ghost has been following him. That boy Milan got eyes EVERYWHERE! Tommy of course thinks it’s just Ghost trying to be more involved in the business and figure out exactly what Tommy is doing. Milan on the other hand thinks completely otherwise.

He warns Tommy about Ghost and tells him to get him in check because if he doesn’t he will end up right back in the pit but this time he wont save him from the brutal beat down. Milan successfully manages to drive the wedge between Ghost and Tommy just a little bit more deeper.

GREG HANDS RUIZ THE BUG

Greg thinks he’s just landing a big fish in the form of Milan but has no idea he’s just a part of plan formulated by Ghost. Greg hands Ruiz a state of the art bug to record the meeting between Ruiz and Milan. Greg makes sure to insist that if Ghost shows up to the meeting that Ruiz gets him on the recorder or if he doesn’t Ruiz has to get Milan to mention him. We all know that’s not going to happen though.

GHOST IMPRESSES TASHA

Ghost puts the drug business aside to attend career day at his children’s school. Ghost immediately impresses the class (except Riq) with his job as an owner of three nightclubs. The kids totally eat up his presentation but there was one particular person in the room who was extremely impressed with Ghost and that was Tasha. While Ghost was talking about the one major negative of running a club and that’s being away from his family Tasha was like this in her head:

That eventually leads to a steamy encounter by the former lovers. YUP that’s right we see something we haven’t seen in a while, a sex scene involving Tasha and Ghost. They both definitely looked like they missed each other in the sack during the scene cause the faces they were making were intense.

You can tell they definitely miss each other, they quickly realize after that they can’t be seen in bed together by the kids and don’t want them getting the impression that they are back together.

KANAN INSTILLING CRIMINAL VALUES IN RIQ

Oh lord why do these kids on these television shows always lash out at their parents the wrong damn way. Riq and his new buddy Slim (Kanan) hit Jimmy Jazz in the hood. Kanan points out to Riq that he knows his parents are able to buy him nice things but he wasn’t afforded such a luxury. He tells the young teen that he had to steal to get what he wanted and that opened the flood gates in Riq’s brain. Riq decides to steal the Jordans he was eyeing in the store.

TASHA SNITCHES ON GHOST/RUIZ DEATH 

During some after sex pillow talk Ghost tells Tasha about his plan to get from under Milan and keep his family safe. He told Tasha in good faith thinking that she wouldn’t compromise the plan and tell no one about it. WELP he was wrong as Tasha immediately hits up Tommy telling him about Ghost and Ruiz plan to take down the Serbian drug lord.

Knowing about Ghost’s plan and already having his doubts about Ruiz Tommy decides to take action. After Ruiz leaves his meeting with Milan and obtaining the information he needed to take down Milan, Tommy informs Ruiz that his henchman left and that he will take him home. UH OH looks like someone is about to have their Christmans cancelled. During the drive home Tommy pretends to have some issues with his car and pulls over. While pretending to inspect his engine he asks Ruiz to bring him a flashlight. Ruiz is a bit skeptical and opens the glove compartment to see Tommy’s gun and flashlight in there and thinks everything is cool.

WELL of course he was wrong, Tommy didn’t need a gun to dispose of Ruiz he instead uses a knife and kills him.

Dre rolls up to help him dispose of the body, and the two pull of into the night. Tommy later reveals to Ghost about what he did to Ruiz and that if they are going to get from under Milan’s thumb, he will be calling the shots from now on. He heads back to his boss Milan and tells him about everything and closes out the episode by saying they need to kill Ghost.

Let’s just hope that this is a part of his “plan” we all know Tommy isn’t the brains of the operation so we shall see how this all plays out.
