Lamar Odom Found Unconscious In Nevada Brothel

Last night, news broke that Lamar Odom was found unconscious inside The Love Ranch, a Nevada sex brothel owned by Dennis Hof of HBO’s Cathouse fame.

Now, Hof is speaking out about Lamar’s condition and more details surrounding his hospitalization via ET:

“Lamar arrived Saturday, we picked him up at his place in Vegas. He was in a great mood and ready to have a good time. He just wanted a little peace and quiet to get away from the pressures of his life and come hang out with us and drink a little cognac and have a good time,” Hof told the outlet.

Things took a turn the next day when someone called Lamar at the Love Ranch and changed his mood.

“He did get a phone call on Sunday that upset him a little bit, but we don’t know what that was about. After that he regrouped and continued to have a good time,” Hof said.

While Dennis said he didn’t see Lamar do any drugs, he admitted to hearing that he took about eight or ten pills of herbal Viagra, which “sounds like a lot to me.”

The news has hit a lot of people hard. Ex-wife Khloe Kardashian and her family rushed to Lamar’s side, but they aren’t the only ones there. His ex-Lakers teammate Kobe Bryant is in Vegas with Lamar as well, leaving his pre-season games to be by Odom’s side and pray with the Kardashians.

A rep for Odom warned the public not to listen to false reports about his current condition.

“Family and friends are extremely concerned for Lamar,” Odom’s longtime publicist and friend, Eve Sarkisyan, tells Us in a statement. “Please don’t listen to the false information being circulated unofficially. Please respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time.”

Things continue to go downhill for former NBA player and reality star Lamar Odom. After his marriage to Khloe Kardashian ended, Odom hasn’t been much in the public eye except for a few bizarre appearances – including one where he supposedly confronted his soon-to-be-ex wife outside her early morning Soul Cycle class.

 

 

But now it appears Odom may be facing a battle for his life.

TMZ.com reports:

The Nye County Sheriff says the airlift of Lamar had to be scratched because his 6’10” frame was too big for the chopper. Instead, he was rushed by ambulance to a Las Vegas hospital.

The Sheriff also says the call came in at 3:15 PM for an unresponsive male at the Love Ranch, and paramedics stabilized Odom during transport to an area hospital. Sheriff’s detectives conducted an investigation at the brothel. It’s unclear what, if anything, they found on scene.

Sources tell us Khloe and Kim Kardashian … as well as Kris Jenner are heading to Las Vegas shortly to see Lamar at the hospital.

Sources at the Love Ranch tell us … 35-year-old Odom arrived at the Ranch Saturday and was partying with the girls for days.   A source at the Ranch said Lamar was taking an herbal substitute for Viagra.

We spoke with Hof  … who tells us Tuesday afternoon, a woman went into Odom’s room in the VIP suites and found him unconscious.

We’re told the woman began screaming for the manager — who called 911.

The manager rolled Lamar over on his side and saw “mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth.”

An ambulance took Lamar to Pahrump hospital, where doctors intubated him … an indication he could not breathe on his own.

We’re told Lamar is being airlifted from the hospital to Las Vegas for more treatment.

Our sources tell us, “It’s not good.”

We’re told Lamar had been partying at the ranch by himself — with no friends or entourage — and is now alone at the hospital.

Earlier this year, Odom told TMZ.com what he thought of their ‘reporting’ on his life.
